Privacy policy

When you send the rate form, we collect:

• Your first and last name, email address and phone number.
• The loan amount, term and purpose you choose.
• Whether you agreed to calls and texts.
• Technical details sent with the form: your IP address, browser type and the time you sent it.

When you use the contact form, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, the topic you choose and your message.

We also measure how the site is used. We use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views and events such as a form being sent without using cookies or collecting information that identifies you. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technology to measure visits, and Google may combine this with other information it holds under its own policy. We don’t send your name, email address or phone number to analytics tools.

• To send your request to lenders and partners who may offer you a loan, which is the service you asked for.
• To reply to messages and handle requests to opt out or delete your information.
• To keep records of consent and of what we sent, and to meet legal obligations.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the site.

FastLoan is a matching service, not a lender. To process your request, we share the details from the rate form with lenders, loan brokers and marketing partners in our network, and with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting). Lenders and partners who receive your request may contact you about it and use your information under their own privacy policies. A lender may run a credit check if you continue with it.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We don’t share the content of contact form messages with lenders unless you ask us to.

The rate form has an optional box that lets FastLoan and its partner lenders call or text the number you give about your request, including by automated means. Ticking it is not required to send a request or to get offers. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell the caller, or send us a message through the contact page. If a lender contacted you, ask that lender to stop as well.

To stop contact from us, ask us not to share your information further, or ask us to delete it, use the contact page and choose “Remove my information or stop contact”, or email support@fastloan.now. We’ll confirm by email. We can’t delete information that lenders and partners already received; we’ll pass your request on, and you can also contact them directly.

We keep requests and messages only as long as we need them to provide the service, keep records of consent and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We limit access to the people and systems that need it and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our site. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive details such as your Social Security number or bank account numbers through our forms.

FastLoan is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing. To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We won’t treat you differently for using them. Some information is covered by federal financial privacy law instead, which may limit what state law applies.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we share information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you before it applies.
