Terms of use

FastLoan is a loan matching service. We collect your request and share it with the lenders, loan brokers and marketing partners in our network, who may contact you. FastLoan is not a lender. We don’t make loans or credit decisions, and we don’t give financial, legal or tax advice.

Partners may pay us. Lenders set their own rates and terms, so compare offers. Our network doesn’t include every lender.

Sending a request doesn’t mean you’ll receive an offer or be approved. We don’t promise any rate, amount, term or funding time. Each lender sets its own rates, fees and terms, decides whether to lend, and gives you its own loan agreement. Read it before you sign; that agreement, not this site, governs your loan.

Payments, APRs and totals shown on this site, including in the calculators, are illustrations to help you compare options. They are not offers. See example rates and terms for how they’re worked out.

You agree to give accurate, current information about yourself and to send requests only for yourself or a business you’re authorized to represent. You agree that we may share your request as described in our privacy policy. Consent to calls and texts is optional and separate; you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Loan availability, amounts, rates and terms vary by state and lender. Some products aren’t available in every state, and some lenders lend only to residents of certain states. You must be at least 18 and a U.S. resident to use FastLoan.

Don’t misuse the site: no false requests, no requests in someone else’s name without their permission, no automated scraping or attempts to break or overload it. The site’s content and design belong to FastLoan. You may share links to it, but not copy it for commercial use without permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without promises that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, FastLoan isn’t responsible for decisions or actions of lenders and partners, for loan terms you agree to with a lender, or for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited by agreement.
